A Border Patrol agent in Minneapolis shot and killed 37-year-old Alex Pretti, an intensive care nurse at a Veterans Affairs hospital. Department of Homeland Security officials labeled Pretti a "domestic terrorist" who intended to shoot immigration agents, while video shows he carried a gun but was not brandishing it and law enforcement confirmed he had a permit.
