Jason Dwinell, 37, pleaded not guilty to two counts of receiving stolen property over $1,200. Dwinell allegedly used the name David Young to set up a fake business account with a tire shop in September. He allegedly accumulated a bill of $15,676.81 in tires and rims. Store staff became suspicious and Dwinell allegedly fled. Dwinell reportedly gave his real phone number and wore shorts that revealed tattoos police already had on file. Dwinell was identified and arrested Oct. 2 at his Webster home, released on $1,000 bail, and is due for a pretrial hearing Oct. 30.
