"Neighbors also told The Post Thursday that Battiloro was the alleged motorist who killed 17-year-olds Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas as they rode an electric bike. Loved ones have claimed that the alleged driver was stalking Maria leading up to the heinous crime. The Post knocked on the house of Battiloro's family Thursday, but no one answered. A call to the house was also not returned. The prosecutor's office said Thursday morning the suspect was in custody."
