Travel chaos as multiple major US airports ground ALL flights

Flights at major airports from New York to Dallas have been grounded due to severe thunderstorms, causing widespread travel disruption across the US. Ground stops were announced for John F. Kennedy and Newark Liberty Airports, among others, with JFK and Newark grounded until at least 5:15pm ET. There are also ground delays affecting Philadelphia International and LaGuardia Airports. By 4:30pm ET, only Dallas Fort Worth International Airport was free from ground delays as delays reached over two hours at other East Coast airports.
