Public records and local reports indicate multiple 2025 arrests in Napa County and one public intoxication and resisting arrest charge in Santa Cruz County. The Napa County Sheriff's Office confirmed that two arrests in that county were of Victoria Jones, including an April 26 wellness check that revealed evidence of cocaine and led to charges of possession, being under the influence, and resisting officers. About a month and a half later, deputies were called to a separate incident on June 13.
