This month, he was charged with assault with a firearm, second-degree robbery and gun possession, all stemming from a July 16 robbery where his alleged cohort shot the victim while attempting to rob the man after he visited an ATM in Hayward, authorities said."
"Authorities allege Adger is part of a gang called NSO, which stands for North Side Oakland. His prior convictions include charges of assault, burglary, conspiracy, street terrorism, robbery, and gun possession. He has been sentenced to prison before, including for five years in 2022, and had gotten in trouble for five probation violations since last year, including for failing to register as a gang member, absconding, and battery, according to court records."
Demaria Adger, 30, was charged with assault with a firearm, second-degree robbery and gun possession after a July 16 ATM robbery in Hayward where the victim was shot in the leg and survived. Adger has 13 prior felony convictions since 2013, including assault, burglary, conspiracy, street terrorism, robbery and gun possession. Authorities allege Adger is part of NSO (North Side Oakland). Police said he joined the struggle wearing a distinctive red-spider shirt; a near-identical sweater was found during a raid on his San Francisco home. He served a five-year sentence in 2022, has five probation violations since last year, is held without bail at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, has pleaded not guilty and is due in court Nov. 7.
