Florida may be without defensive tackles Caleb Banks and Michai Boireau and potentially defensive end George Gumbs Jr. for the game at No. 4 Miami. Gumbs traveled to Miami but is unlikely to play. Boireau did not travel and has been ruled out. Banks was ruled out after suffering a foot injury against LSU and reportedly underwent surgery in Birmingham, Alabama. Banks had played 29 snaps against LSU after missing the first two games. Boireau missed the LSU game with an undisclosed injury. Brendan Bett, Brien Taylor Jr., and Jamari Lyons are expected to handle most snaps up front. Coach Billy Napier expressed confidence in the remaining young players and their effectiveness.
