Latisha Lak, 26, of Houston, was arrested on pending fraud warrants in Texas and Arkansas, after a police surveillance team allegedly spotted her renting a car at a local Hertz under the alias Jasmine Mam."
"Lak was under surveillance after police determined she'd rented a vehicle that someone used to follow two people home from a San Leandro marijuana dispensary and rob them, authorities said. In court papers, police have linked Lak to several instances of alleged fraud, including a 2022 bank fraud conviction from Arkansas involving dozens of co-defendants. The police surveillance team identified her from her Instagram page, @_chinesespoofer, according to court records."
