Kai Colón threw incomplete on fourth-and-goal at the Columbia 2-yard line to keep it 10-0 with 3:06 left in the second quarter. AJ Pigford picked off Chase Goodwin four plays later and Asher Weiner ran it in from a yard out to cut it to 10-7 at halftime."
Princeton rallied from a 10-7 deficit to defeat Columbia 17-10 in the Ivy League opener. Ethan Clark scored a go-ahead 2-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter after Blaine Hipa connected with Josh Robinson on key plays. Esteban Nunez Perez added a 38-yard field goal later in the quarter to extend the lead. Columbia had taken a 10-0 advantage on a Hugo Merry 29-yard field goal and a Lucas Bullock 2-yard touchdown, but Princeton cut the lead before halftime following an interception and short score. Passing lines included Colón 7-for-17 for 145 yards, Hipa 7-for-11 for 93 yards, Goodwin 19-for-28 for 165 yards, and Menapace 6-for-8 for 40 yards.
