Celeste's severely decomposed remains were found after complaints of a foul odor coming from an impounded vehicle at the tow yard. The vehicle is registered to 20-year-old R&B singer d4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke."
Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who turned 15 on Sept. 7, was found dead on Sept. 8 in the front trunk (frunk) of a Tesla at a Hollywood tow yard; the L.A. County Medical Examiner has not released a cause of death. The Tesla is registered to 20-year-old R&B singer d4vd, David Anthony Burke. The vehicle had been parked in the Hollywood Hills near a rental home where Burke was staying. Burke had been on a national tour and planned to begin a European leg; several tour dates were canceled after the discovery. LAPD robbery-homicide detectives are investigating.
