"On April 17, Barszcz broke into two vehicles, according to police. Officers arrested him and said they found keys and money in his pockets that were reportedly from those vehicles. Barszcz pleaded guilty to charges of nighttime breaking and entering of a vehicle and two counts of receiving stolen property following that incident. According to court documents, two felony charges for the same incident were dismissed by the Commonwealth."
"On June 1, Webster police located a stolen motorcycle with a drilled out engine and cut wires near 3.5 Wall St., they said. Officers soon found Barszcz in an apartment at that address where he admitted to stealing the motorcycle with his mother in hopes of selling it for drug money, police reported. Barszcz pleaded not guilty to the charges of motor vehicle larceny, vandalizing property, and conspiracy, according to court documents."
"Several weeks later, Webster police observed Barszcz with several new motorcycles on various occasions throughout June, July, and August. Barszcz does not have a valid driver's license, none of the motorcycles were registered, and one had a fake paper license plate, according to police. When officers attempted to conduct traffic stops, Barszcz allegedly drove off at high speeds. Additionally, Webster police received a report that Barszcz allegedly pointed a handgun at someone while driving one of the motorcycles."

On June 1 police found a stolen motorcycle; Barszcz admitted stealing it and pleaded not guilty to motor vehicle larceny, vandalism, and conspiracy. Officers later observed him with several unregistered motorcycles; he lacked a valid driver's license, allegedly fled high-speed stops, and was reported to have pointed a handgun while riding.
