Jenna Bush Hager welcomed her first child, a daughter named Mila, in 2013. Laura Bush called to say Texans were mispronouncing Mila as "My-la" and suggested spelling it M-E-L-A to reflect pronunciation. Jenna laughed at the idea and did not change the child's name. Mila's legal name is Margaret. The name Mila ranked 78th in 2013 and has since risen to No. 33 on the Social Security list, while Mela does not appear in the top 1,000. Jenna and Henry Hager also have daughter Poppy and son Hal, both family-inspired names.
