"NAPA - An East Bay man was found shot to death Sunday morning on a Napa County road, according to authorities. Around 9:40 a.m., the California Highway Patrol received a call about a possible fatality in the 2600 block of Monticello Road, the Napa County Sheriff's Office said in a news release. The caller said a man had blood on his clothes and was not moving."
"Deputies found the man on the side of the road, the sheriff's office said. He had been shot several times. The sheriff's office identified the man as Salvador De Jesus Castillo-Hernandez, 20, of Concord. The motive and circumstances surrounding the homicide are under investigation, the sheriff's office said.
