A man, who was wearing "soft body armor" and had two shotguns and an assault rifle-style pistol, was found dead in the car suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound."
"A police statement said: "Officers discovered a deceased adult male in the driver's seat suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Multiple firearms were observed inside the vehicle." Officials said that there is no ongoing threat to the public at this time. LADWP said in a statement: "LADWP is aware of an incident that occurred in Southern Nevada at an L.A. power facility. There are no impacts or disruptions to our operations.""
