The vehicle was found beneath a bridge over the canal at Highway 120 and Victory Ave., about 60 miles from Elk Grove.
Jared Leisek stated that his organization located Sandra McCarty and Whisper Owen with sonar, pinned under a bridge in the silver Trailblazer SUV.
