Trey Rose, 27, joined Samson and entered the car, also unaware it belonged to someone else. Adou Thiero flagged down law enforcement and tracked the BMW via an app to Sunset Boulevard. Deputies arrested Nacua and Rose on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent; they were released after interviews that cleared up the misunderstanding. The victim does not want to prosecute, and the case was submitted for rejection.
