Authorities in Ohio say Caleb Flynn shot his 37-year-old wife, Ashley, with a 9mm semiautomatic handgun and then tried to stage the scene to mislead investigators. In a released 911 call Flynn frantically claimed an intruder had broken into their Tipp City home and shot his wife, describing blood everywhere and head wounds. Flynn told dispatchers the garage door was wide open and that the couple's two daughters were asleep inside. Flynn was arrested, booked on charges of murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence, pleaded not guilty at arraignment, and has bond set at $2 million.
