During a recent House Oversight and Accountability Committee meeting, former Army counterintelligence officer Luis Elizondo showcased an intriguing photo of a large disc-shaped object, estimated to be 600 to 1,000 feet in diameter. Captured by a civilian pilot at 21,000 feet, the image raised questions about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), prompting calls for further declassification and open scientific scrutiny. While Elizondo highlighted the potential significance of the image, he also expressed uncertainty regarding its authenticity, reminding viewers that it was not his photograph.
This was taken by a civilian pilot,â Elizondo claimed during the meeting. âBut again, youâd think this information would be important for somebody to look at,â he added, while holding up a printout of the image.
The object is potentially anywhere between 600 and 1,000 feet in diameter,â he added. âItâs a lenticular object, and it is silver.
According to a tweet by the Disclosure Fund, the object was estimated 600-1,000 ft in diameter, silver-hued, disc-shaped, which the group used to call for full declassification and open scientific analysis.
I couldn't vouch for the veracity of this photograph,â he added, quipping that âI didnât take it.
