3 teens indicted in fatal shooting of TikTok influencer
"Dwayne Exilus and Isaiah Walker, both 19, and 18-year-old Jahbron Goff, are each facing charges of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and conspiracy, third-degree hindering and fourth-degree possession of a prohibited weapon, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a statement on Monday. Goff, who was initially prosecuted as a juvenile, was also indicted on counts of first-degree murder and second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose."
"The victim, Chrystofer Whyte, had collected nearly 100,000 followers on TikTok when he was gunned down on the beach at Pier Village on June 12, 2025. His last video, an 11-second clip, was shot on the same Long Branch beach packed that night for the first outdoor concert of the season just a few hours before his death. Officers found Whyte suffering from a single gunshot wound in an area between the shoreline and the boardwalk around 9 p.m., according to the prosecutor's office."

Indictments include unlawful possession of a weapon, conspiracy, hindering, and possession of a prohibited weapon; Goff faces additional first-degree murder and second-degree unlawful-purpose weapon counts. Whyte, who had nearly 100,000 TikTok followers, was found with a single gunshot wound after attending a crowded outdoor concert.
