Lauren Boebert posted praise for President Donald Trump shortly after Rep. Thomas Massie was defeated in the Republican primary for Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District by Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein. Boebert’s post highlighted her son’s graduation, thanked a friend and co-chair for their work in Kentucky, and declared “Trump is my President,” adding “Jesus is Lord.” She expressed gratitude and asked for God to bless America and its freedoms. Days earlier, Trump attacked Boebert on Truth Social and threatened to endorse a primary challenger to remove her from Congress. Boebert is campaigning against Massie and referenced the discharge petition related to releasing Jeffrey Epstein files, noting that only two of four Republicans who split with Trump would soon remain after Massie’s defeat.
