Zarah Sultana launched an unauthorised Your Party membership portal and an email was sent to 800,000 people urging them to become paying members for 55. Sultana revealed the portal on X, urged supporters to be part of history, reassured them the site was safe and secure, and encouraged persistence despite traffic issues. Jeremy Corbyn issued an urgent message telling followers to ignore the unauthorised site and said legal advice was being taken. The Peace and Justice Project referred the matter to the ICO over a potential data breach. The ICO advised PJP to consider reporting to Report Fraud and the police because serious criminal activity may have occurred, noting any police investigation would take primacy. Sultana later said she anticipated no further action and that the ICO had dropped the case.
