It proposed selling the RTÉ Guide and closing the Limerick studio. It also proposed moving Lyric FM from Limerick to Cork and relocating the National Symphony Orchestra to the National Concert Hall. The plan called for ending Aertel, the teletext service. To improve popularity with staff and the public, fees paid to contracted on-air presenters, such as Ryan Tubridy, would be reduced by 15%.
