Intelligence cites violent clashes and hate crime offences during the 2024 Uefa Europa League match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv in Amsterdam. Violent clashes erupted after Israeli fans tore down Palestinian flags and chanted anti-Palestinian slogans, and fans were later attacked by locals across the city. Five men received prison sentences and more than 60 people were detained amid accusations of deliberate antisemitic attacks.
