UKIP supporters are confined to the north terrace of Trafalgar Square for their 'March With Jesus' event, instructed to start in Marble Arch after being banned from assembling in Tower Hamlets, and told not to set off before 12.45pm; speeches must end by 3pm and dispersal by 3.30pm. The Met Police warned participants to stick to agreed routes to prevent serious disruption.
