A High Court judge ruled that the libel case against former Health Secretary Matt Hancock can move forward, rejecting his effort to dismiss the claim from ex-MP Andrew Bridgen. Mr Bridgen's case as pleaded and evidenced so far does not have an obvious quality of unreality.
The disgusting and dangerous antisemitic, anti-vax, anti-scientific conspiracy theories spouted by a sitting MP this morning are unacceptable and have absolutely no place in our society.
