The premises now appear abandoned with only a security guard present, even though the lease runs until 2029. Activists demand that Somerset Council terminate the office lease to Elbit. Elbit supplies most of Israel's military drones and systems for vehicles and aircraft. Arms trade expert Andrew Feinstein described the plant closure as extremely significant. Palestine Action continued actions while the U.K. moved to proscribe the group.
