"Lebedev has shown some improvement in participation, having voted twice this year and delivered one speech, whereas Botham has not spoken in the Lords since November 2020 and has not tabled any written questions since November 2024."

Lebedev's previous attendance rate was slightly higher at 1.25% from 2019 to 2022. Both peers were appointed by Boris Johnson and have managed to meet the minimum attendance requirement. While Botham initially attended 26 sessions in 2021, he has not spoken in the Lords since November 2020. Lebedev has recently increased his participation, voting twice this year and delivering one speech.
