Chithra Vanmeeganathan, 46, tragically lost her life in a multi-vehicle collision on Bessborough Road in Harrow. The incident, which involved a car, a bus, and several pedestrians, resulted in the immediate death of Vanmeeganathan at the scene. Two other pedestrians, a 12-year-old boy and a woman in her 30s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital. The driver of the car was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving but has since been released on bail. Authorities are appealing for witnesses and any footage of the crash to assist in their investigation.
