According to Down Detector, issues began shortly after 08:00 BST, peaking at over 9,300 reports, with 79% of users unable to make voice calls.
Three UK acknowledged the outage on X, stating, 'We're aware of an issue affecting voice services and are working hard to fix it.'
The outage is also impacting ID Mobile and Smarty networks, with 1,900 reports for ID Mobile and 822 for Smarty according to customer feedback.
Despite the voice service issues, Three UK assured that data services are functioning normally, apologizing for the inconvenience to their customers.
