Prince William and Harry's former bodyguard, who walked behind Princess Diana's hearse, dead at 77

Graham Craker, the former bodyguard of Prince William and Prince Harry, died at the age of 77. He was affectionately known as "Crackers" by the young princes and played a significant role during their childhood, especially after the tragic death of their mother, Princess Diana, in 1997. Craker was present at Diana's funeral and shared emotional moments with the princes. In his memoir, Prince Harry recalls Craker clearing flowers from the hearse during the procession. Craker's death reminds many of his unwavering dedication to the royal family during tumultuous times.
The driver had to keep pulling over so the bodyguard could get out and clear the flowers off the windscreen. The bodyguard was Graham.
You try and deal with it as best you can but you do get quite emotional about it. It was disbelief, really, and obviously a great deal of sorrow.
