Concerns regarding his welfare led to the discovery of his body at a property on Samara Drive. A 54-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman have been arrested on murder charges and are under police questioning. Neighbors described Mr O'Donnell as a quiet individual, known for being kind and often visited by his son prior to his death.
