"Developers HGG London are seeking to create a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes, each with a private outdoor space. In planning documents, developers say the scheme is designed to be in keeping with neighbouring properties and will not have a detrimental impact on trees, heritage assets or nearby amenities. But several residents have strongly opposed the plans, citing concerns about privacy, noise pollution, harm to the conservation area, increased traffic and pressure on local resources."
Council officers at Camden are preparing to recommend approval for a 5.6 million block of flats in Dartmouth Park, an affluent area of northwest London. Developers HGG London propose a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, each with private outdoor spaces. Planning documents say the scheme is designed to be in keeping with neighbouring properties and will not harm trees, heritage assets or nearby amenities. Several residents, including Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Turner, have objected over privacy, noise, conservation area harm, increased traffic and pressure on local resources. The vote is scheduled for a Thursday planning meeting.
