As she fled towards an escalator at Holborn station, the victim was pushed from behind, punched in the face and had her device and headphones grabbed. Kerari, 27, and the others ran away, British Transport Police said."
"Adel Kerari, of Lisgar Terrace, West Kensington, was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison having pleaded guilty to six counts of robbery and fraud by false representation. For their part, Kerari's co-conspirators Musa Lebdiri, 21, of Fry Road, Harlesden, Normane Draachour, 24, of no fixed address, Ali Mansour, 21, of Meadow Cross, Hatfield, and Brandon Reeves, 20, of The Croft, Wembley, were sentenced in 2023 and 2024 to a combined total of more than 10 years."

The gang assaulted victims, including pushing a woman toward an escalator at Holborn, punching her, and seizing her device and headphones. Members mugged passengers at multiple central stations and used a stolen bank card at an off-licence. Kerari was identified in 2023, left the country, returned in September, and was arrested during a BTP raid in west London. He pleaded guilty to six counts of robbery and fraud and was sentenced to two years and eight months; co-conspirators received a combined total of over ten years.
