Staffordshire Police bought a criminal case against the Metropolitan Police as a police van was caught speeding on the M6. Court papers shows the Met police van failed to respond when they were asked to identify the police officer driving a Peugeot van which was caught speeding by a speed camera on 13 March at 1.47am."
