Colin Williams, 28, failed to return to the open prison HMP Thorn Cross on 30 June while serving a nine-year sentence for aggravated burglary and assault. Cheshire Police are actively seeking information about his whereabouts. Williams, who has a medium build, stands around five feet eleven inches tall and has brown hair and eyes. Notable tattoos include dots on the knuckles of his left hand and a smiley face on his lower right arm. He has connections to Warrington, St Helens, Ellesmere Port, and north Wales but may have traveled further away.
