There, he lay in wait at his victim's place of work before attacking them using a metal bar, fracturing their skull."
"His victim managed to escape and alerted police. Police stopped Jardim from boarding a flight at Heathrow Airport the next day, where he was arrested. He pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon and was sentenced to four and a half years in prison in February."

He then traveled to Poultry in the City of London where his ex-colleague worked. Jardim waited at the workplace and attacked his victim with a metal bar, causing a fractured skull. The victim escaped and contacted police. Jardim was apprehended the following day at Heathrow Airport while attempting to board a flight. He pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon, receiving a sentence of four and a half years imprisonment in February.
