Alnour Mohamed Ali, a 27-year-old Sudanese national, has been charged with endangering life following the drowning of four individuals while attempting to cross the Channel. The incident involved a small boat piloted by Ali from France to the UK. The National Crime Agency reported that 38 people were returned to France, while 74 continued to the UK.
