Charges include manslaughter, assault by penetration, cruelty, grievous bodily harm, multiple indecent image offences, and counts of possession of extreme pornography dating back to 2017. Police began an investigation after officers were called to Blackpool Victoria Hospital, and both men were remanded into custody ahead of an April trial.
