Pinckard admitted misconduct in a public office at an earlier hearing and was sentenced on Friday to 32 weeks in prison. Rebecca Pinckard, 46, engaged in an intimate encounter with prisoner Erion Nakdi, 42, inside a store cupboard at HMP Highpoint in Suffolk. Her body-worn camera recorded two video clips of her performing a sex act on Nakdi on 5 July 2024, which were discovered when another officer reviewed body-worn camera evidence. Pinckard had sent Nakdi a Moonpig card on 10 April 2024 and had sexual videos of Nakdi on her mobile phone. Nakdi is serving a 16-year sentence for drug offences and had an additional 10-month sentence imposed in 2022. Pinckard pleaded guilty to misconduct in public office and was jailed for 32 weeks.
