"The Indonesian authorities said they did not press charges for production of pornographic content after police checked her phone and found private video footage. The material was for private documentation and not for public distribution, director general of immigration Yuldi Yusman said in a statement. Ms Billinger, though, was found to have violated visa rules as she had entered Indonesia using a visa on arrival for commercial content production."
Tia Billinger, 26, known as Bonnie Blue, faces charges of outraging public decency following an incident on December 15 in Westminster, London. She was charged via postal requisition on March 16 and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on April 22. The charge stems from an alleged lewd gesture filmed outside the Indonesian embassy. Prior to this, Billinger was deported from Indonesia after being arrested during a police raid on a rental studio in Bali in December. Indonesian authorities found private video footage on her phone but did not press pornography charges, determining the material was for private documentation. However, she violated visa regulations by entering Indonesia on a commercial content production visa.
