Consumer penetration surpassed 20%, with more than 70% of switching households choosing CityFibre where available, and a target to exceed 30% penetration by end-2026. The fourth quarter averaged over 50,000 new customer installs per month, a 112% year-on-year increase. Growth was driven by Sky's nationwide launch on CityFibre's network, product, pricing and service leadership, and an ahead-of-schedule rollout of 10Gb XGS-PON with a 5.5Gb wholesale product.
