""Expanding our Santa Monica service is a direct response to strong demand for smarter, more seamless regional travel. By increasing frequencies and adding new nonstop routes, we're giving travelers a faster, more comfortable way to connect to the destinations they love," JSX CEO Alex Wilcox said in a statement shared with T+L. "With increased service to Las Vegas and new nonstop access to Scottsdale, JSX continues to redefine what short haul flying can feel like.""
""Beyond Santa Monica, JSX operates flights across 29 airports in both the United States and Mexico, including in Napa and Orange County, California, Dallas, Boulder, Colorado, and beyond. On board, passengers are treated to complimentary snacks and cocktails, at least two checked bags, and plenty of legroom. The company said it also plans to roll out free Starlink Wi-Fi across its ATR fleet during the first quarter of 2026.""
""All flights in and out of Santa Monica will operate on an ATR 42-600 turboprop aircraft, which the company said has been reconfigured to seat 30 passengers. The new flights are currently available for purchase with fares starting at $215 one-way. SMO sits about four miles from the famous Santa Monica Pier and is much smaller and less busy than neighboring Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).""
JSX will begin daily nonstop flights between Scottsdale Airport (SCF) and Santa Monica Airport (SMO) on January 22, 2026. The carrier will increase service between SMO and Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to two daily flights on January 22, 2026, and add a third daily flight starting February 5, 2026. All Santa Monica flights will operate on reconfigured ATR 42-600 turboprops seating 30 passengers. New fares start at $215 one-way. SMO is about four miles from the Santa Monica Pier and is smaller and less busy than LAX. JSX provides complimentary snacks and cocktails, at least two checked bags, ample legroom, and plans free Starlink Wi-Fi across its ATR fleet in Q1 2026.
