"Global hospitality company IHG has planted a new flag on the Treasure Coast with Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, now open in Port St. Lucie along the St. Lucie River. The hotel-IHG's first all-inclusive stay in the United States-debuted following a $50 million renovation that brought seven bars and restaurants, a waterfront infinity pool, and private marina access to the riverfront location."

"The seven all-inclusive dining venues, overseen by executive chef Mark Jones, are headlined by Riverside Market, an international buffet built around chef stations turning out Neapolitan pizza, Mediterranean mezze, and fresh pastries. Waterfront spot Lucie's offers a seafood-centric menu, while Solara and a grab-and-go café provide more casual dining options. On the drinks side, guests can choose from sports bar Match Point, poolside Hideaway, waterfront Sunset Bar, or Versus, an outdoor covered bar steps from the resort's mini-golf course."
