""Durango is a true gateway to wild places-mountains, rivers, desert, and culture converging in one vibrant basecamp," says Rajan Hansji, the founder of Terra Vi hospitality company."
""We anticipate that Boundary by Terra Vi will appeal to outdoor-driven travelers who want something more thoughtful than a standard motel or hotel. They are design-aware, sustainability-minded, and drawn to unique amenities and activations that deepen their experience.""
""Beyond design and amenities, our real differentiator is our people. Hosts become friends, and guests return to a place where they feel they belong," Hansji says."
Boundary by Terra Vi opened in Durango on February 10 with 47 guest rooms ranging from 250 to 360 square feet and options for king or two queen beds. The mountain-inspired rooms feature wood finishes, custom lighting, and an earthy color palette, with practical amenities such as boot trays, ski racks, and storage for camping or bike gear. Story Rooms include a shared book library and an in-room vinyl collection with record players. The central Living Room houses a vinyl listening lounge, an all-day bar, a grab-and-go pantry, and a navigation table with a discovery journal. Public spaces include an outdoor fire pit and a yoga room. The hotel provides access to year-round activities including skiing, hot springs, hiking, horseback riding, and rafting on the Animas River, and sits near Mesa Verde National Park, Purgatory Resort, Durango Hot Springs & Resort, Downtown Durango, and the Durango & Silverton historic line.
