The First Orient Express Yacht is Officially Setting Sail-Take a Look
""For more than 160 years, Chantiers de l'Atlantique has been building ships that define their era. Orient Express Corinthian is the latest proof of this: 720 feet, 15,000 tonnes carried by the wind, three SolidSail sails... the fruit of 10 years of research and development.""
""The Corinthian has several restaurants on board, all overseen by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno. Passengers will find fine dining venues La Table and La Terrasse illuminated with natural light, featuring Art Deco design details that create a laid-back yet sophisticated atmosphere.""
""Guests can indulge in a touch of pampering at the yacht's wellness suite, complete with a hair salon and spa by Guerlain. The yacht is described as a 'floating sanctuary of refinement' and is the world's longest sailing yacht.""
The Orient Express Corinthian, a luxury sailing yacht, will embark on its maiden voyage in May, sailing across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. It is the first yacht to utilize SolidSail technology, aimed at minimizing carbon emissions. The yacht measures over 700 feet and includes 54 suites with sea views. Onboard amenities feature Michelin-starred dining, an oyster and Champagne bar, and a wellness suite. A second yacht, the Orient Express Olympian, is planned for 2027, expanding the luxury offering in maritime travel.
