The Hoback Club sits at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in one of the nation's highest-income counties where affluent visitors expect exclusivity beyond standard luxury. The privately owned collection contains 25 residences, ranging from one to seven bedrooms, and opened at the end of December 2025 ahead of a January 16 grand opening. Access tiers include owners, mountain members, dining members, and pre-approved renters, with a four-night minimum for rentals. Rental availability is intentionally limited to preserve discretion and ease. The club vets renters for social compatibility and favors applicants affiliated with elite clubs; not every owner makes a residence available for individual reservations.
