Hundreds of flights delayed or cancelled at Logan Airport

If Southwest cancels or significantly delays a flight and customers choose to cancel the trip, they may be eligible for a refund."

"American Airlines customers can change their trip without paying a change fee if travelers bought the ticket by March 14, are scheduled to travel March 16-17, can travel between March 15-24, and don't change their origin or destination city. Changes must be booked by March 17."
