Starting in December, inter-agency transfers will receive a $2.85 fare reduction, which can cut the second-leg fare to zero under Clipper 2.0. Riders will be able to tap on to transit using credit or debit cards without a Clipper Card. Transbay Coalition launched the Clipper 2.0 Savings Calculator with Hiking By Transit and Seamless Bay Area so riders can enter trip details that require switching agencies to see savings. Hiking by Transit is hosting a multi-agency trip to Mount Tamalpais on December 14. A joint garden-party fundraiser for Transbay Coalition and Seamless Bay Area will be held this Sunday.
