"Luas advised commuters to be advised that Green Line services are "currently down due to a power fault". "Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of this service disruption. We apologise for any inconvenience caused," a spokesperson said. The Red line has also been impacted and is only operating between Tallaght/Saggart and Smithfield. "There is currently no service operating between Smithfield and The Point/Connolly. This is due to a power fault," they said."
"There may also be delays for commuters following an earlier crash on the M1. The crash took place on the M1 southbound between Junction 3, Swords, and Junction 2, Dublin Airport and is currently blocking the hard shoulder and left hand lane. There has also been a breakdown on the M50 northbound at Junction 11, Tallaght, on the off ramp and there is heavy traffic on approach."
Green Line Luas services are currently down due to a power fault. Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of the service disruption. The Red Line is operating only between Tallaght/Saggart and Smithfield, with no service between Smithfield and The Point/Connolly because of the same power fault. Delays are likely following an earlier crash on the M1 southbound between Junction 3, Swords, and Junction 2, Dublin Airport, which is blocking the hard shoulder and left-hand lane. A breakdown on the M50 northbound at Junction 11, Tallaght, on the off-ramp is causing heavy traffic on approach. More updates are expected.
