Affluent Travelers Are Ditching Business Class for Business Jets
Briefly

Private aviation is experiencing a revival due to a rise in business travel, with jet activity increasing significantly over recent months. VistaJet reported a threefold increase in RFPs from corporations seeking private aviation solutions in early 2025 compared to 2024. Many leisure travelers are also utilizing private jets for hard-to-reach destinations, with peak activity coinciding with major events and holidays. However, the industry faces challenges with the manual booking processes that may deter prospective customers. Start-ups are emerging to make private jet travel more accessible through technology and innovative solutions.
"You can save a lot of time-and time, ultimately, is money."

A handful of start-ups are vying to become "the Uber of private jet travel," such as Kinectair, which offers real-time pricing.
According to Qi, VistaJet has received three times as many RFPs from corporations looking for private aviation solutions during the first six months of 2025 compared to the first six months of 2024.
